Last night’s Countdown with Keith Olbermann did a piece on the Bush administration’s politicization of the Justice Department. As you note, Prof. Turley brings a lot to the table. This week, he has began discussing attorneys like Monica Goodling and Kyle Sampson facing discipline proceedings by their respective bar associations, if and when a complaint is ever filed against them.
